The AXIOM Dual by Airwolf 3D has an improved jam resistant extruder that reaches temperatures of 315°C (599°F) and is designed to resist troublesome clogs. Its 1,000 in³ build volume allows for very large 3D prints, making it the ideal desktop solution for rapid prototyping and manufacturing functional products. With a minimum layer height of just 40 microns, the AXIOM Dual can produce ultra-fine detail while minimizing the striated appearance common to other FDM/FFF style 3D printers. The heated build platform helps ensure a more consistent build process.  The AXIOM Dual is capable of printing over 40 thermoplastic materials including ABS, PLA, Nylon, Polycaronate, HIPS, and TPU.  And with two extruders, one can print two materials or two colors, or use the second extruder to print dissolvable support material, minimizing the post-processing time and cost.
